The Shady Ladies' warehouse is located on the Central Coast of NSW. We ship orders from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment. We have a quick and reliable delivery service but sometimes this can vary depending on your location. Please allow more time for remote deliveries. Once your item has been dispatched with Australia post you will receive an email with your tracking details which you are then able to track online and you will also receive updates via email.
