Australian customers - Items are usually delivered by Australia Post with full online tracking and updates and signature is required at the time of delivery. 

The Shady Ladies' warehouse is located on the Central Coast of NSW. We ship orders from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours of receiving your payment. We have a quick and reliable delivery service but sometimes this can vary depending on your location. Please allow more time for remote deliveries. Once your item has been dispatched with Australia post you will receive an email with your tracking details which you are then able to track online and you will also receive updates via email. Any issues with your delivery please contact us so we can look after it for you.

Free shipping is offered on our shade sails to most areas of Australia. If you purchase shade sail fixing accessories at the same time as your shade sail purchase then you will also receive free shipping on the accessories.  If you are just purchasing accessories then a $9.00 postage fee will apply to your order.
