The Shady Ladies shade sail warehouse is located on the Central Coast of NSW ships daily and all orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.

We have a one-off delivery cost on our accessories which is $9.00 We ship from our warehouse from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours and not later than 48 hours of receiving your payment. We do have a quick and reliable delivery service but times can sometimes vary depending on your locations. Please allow more time for remote deliveries. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details which you are then able to track online.
